Payment methods

The following payment methods are available to pay for your order:

1. Cash (you pay by cash to our courier or at our box offices).
2. Payment for the order via Internet through the electronic payment system . VISA International and MasterCard International cards, Yandex.Money, Web-Money are approved for payment. Cards, emitted by the USA banks are not accepted for payment.

Payment with credit or debit card via the Internet is carried out through the 3d-Secure technology. You may pay via the Internet for no more than four orders per month. Total price of your order should not be less than 200 rubles and should not exceed 20 000 rubles.

IMPORTANT

  • When receiving the tickets that have been paid for with the credit or debit card via the Internet you will have to present the card with which the payment has been made and the cardholder’s passport (driving license).
  • The cardholder and the person in whose name the order has been titled shall be the same person.


  • Please note!
    You won’t be able to spend the bonuses when paying via the Internet.

    You may receive the order paid for via the Internet NOT EARLIER than on the 3 (three) days after the payment for the order has been made.

    In case if the customer can’t provide the documents requested when receiving the order paid for via the Internet, the order would not be given out to the customer.

    The company reserves the right to cancel the order, paid by the bank card via the Internet, providing the money would be returned to the customer’s card, without assigning any reasons.

    You can receive the order paid by electronic cash only after presenting the passport of the person who has drawn the order. The order shall be received only by the person who has placed it.
    For security reasons please do not tell the number of the order you’ve paid for to the third persons.


    3.. Payment by credit and debit cards via the company’s call-center. VISA International, MasterCard International, JCB and Diners Club cards are accepted for payment.     You may pay by the credit or debit card for no more than 4 orders per month for all available payment methods. Total price of your order should not be less than 200 rubles and should not exceed 20 000 rubles.

    You may receive the order paid by the bank-card via call-center only after presenting the card used to make the payment, and a passport (driving license) of the person who has drawn the order. The order shall be received only by the person who has placed it.

    In case if the customer fails to provide the documents requested when receiving the order paid for via the call-center using credit or debit card, the order would not be given out to the customer.

    The company reserves the right to cancel the order, paid for via the call-center using credit or debit card, providing the money would be returned to the customer’s card, without assigning any reasons.

    4. Payments using MasterCard, Visa, Maestro card, at one of the company’s outlets or to the company’s delivery courier.
    You can pay for your order using a bank card when picking it up in our Central Box-office or when having them delivered to you by our courier, provided you have chosen this method of payment when placing an order. Only cardholder can pay for the order using a specific credit or debit card. The customer should be a cardholder and be able to present an ID document.

    Customer may be denied in payment in case if:
    • bank card has expired;
    • card’s front side or a signature on the other side have visibly undergone some transformations;
    • personal information, presented on the front-side of the card does not match the information stated in the ID document, produced by the Customer, or if the Customer has refused to produce an ID document;
    • electronic validity check was failed (if the bank or payment system did not confirm the possibility of payment using this bank card);
    • all transactions for this bank card have been blocked;
    • the card is on the stop-list;
    • Customer’s signature on the receipt/bank slip does not match the one on the card.

    5. Bank transfer for individuals (can be drawn only via the Internet), please note, that the bank will charge additional fee for money transfer; the fee is not included in the total price of the order. The fee is set by the bank. Sberbank, for example, charges 3% of the total price of the order.

    When receiving tickets, paid via bank transfer, you must have an original payment receipt with you.

    Please note, that if you have chosen a non-cash payment method, you will need to pay for your order within the two working days period after the order has been placed and send us the payment receipt by fax 502-91-01 (ext. 250) or by e-mail to: bilet@kontramarka.ru.

    The order can be received only after the money has arrived on the company’s bank account. We will let you know the money has arrived by phone or e-mail. You can also contact us by phone by calling +7 (495) 9 333 200 to learn the status of your order.

    6. Bank Transfer for legal entities (in this case the tickets can be booked via call-center only). After placing an order please send us your company’s account and legal details (“Company’s card”) either by fax +7(495) 502-91-01, ext. 250 or by email at bilet@kontramarka.ru bank details and legal details of your company to get an invoice.
    To receive the tickets and documents (payment invoice, delivery act and a bill of dispatch) the Customer representing the legal entity should have the entity’s stamp and a valid letter of attorney for him to receive tickets and sign acts and bills of dispatch.

    Please note, that if you have chosen a non-cash payment method, you will need to pay for your order within two working days period after the order has been placed and send us the payment receipt by fax +7(495) 502-91-01 (ext. 250) or by e-mail to: bilet@kontramarka.ru.

    7. Payment with the “Kontramarka.ru” or “Sodekso” gift certificates.
    When receiving the tickets, you must also be given a payment receive which you should keep up to the date of the event.
