Terms of use
Kontramarka.ru assumes responsibility to deliver and give tickets to customer if customer books tickets in accordance with set booking procedure via web site or call center. Also we assume the right to cancel the reservation and return tickets back at the web site if we do not have enough information regarding the address for ticket delivery, and if name and surname, contact information are indicated incorrectly, or tickets have not been picked up in proper time. Adhering to payment and booking procedure by customer is the main condition of performing of our obligations with respect to delivery.
Ticket exchange
Kontramarka provides ticket exchange upon the following conditions:
1. Tickets were purchased from Kontramarka.ru.
2. Tickets can be exchanged for tickets of the same cost or exchanged for tickets of higher cost (face value).
3. The number of tickets received by the client during the exchange must be more or equal to the number of tickets returned. For example, two tickets may be exchanged for two or more tickets
4. The tickets can not be exchanged if there are 5(five) or less work days until the event date. We assume a right to change these terms.
5. The ticket exchange is performed on work days from 10:00am to 7:00 pm only and in the Central box office of Kontramarka.ru only (Address: 1, Bolshaya Dmitrovka Str, Moscow, Russia).
6. The ticket exchange for some special events is prohibited. For more details please contact us by phone +7 (495) 933 32 00.
7. Tickets to the Bolshoi Theatre, Tabakov Theatre Studio and Sovremennik Theatre are not exchangeable.
The return of the ticket cost due to cancelled, postponed or replaced events:
Ticket return
1. The ticket refund is performed due to cancelled, postponed or replaced events on the conditions set by the event organizer (terms and addresses of ticket refund). Please be advised that: if the ticket face value is refunded by the event organizer, and the service charge of agency is refunded by Kontramarka.ru, firstly it is necessary to get refund in the central box office of Kontramarka.ru (to get ticket refund you will be required to present ticket and receipt), and only afterwards the refund can be recieved in the box offices of the event organizer.
2. Only tickets purchased from Kontramarka can be refunded.
3. Ticket return is performed in the Central box office of Kontramarka.ru. Address : 1, Bolshaya Dmitrovka Str, Moscow, Russia from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00 (On Saturday and Sunday ticket return is not available.).
4. To get refund the receipt and the passport of the person indicated in the payment receipt shall be presented.
5. Ticket refund due to cancelled events : the amount paid for the tickets except a delivery charge is refunded. Any delivery charges are not refundable.
6. Ticket refund due to postponed or rescheduled events: if the new show date does not suit the client or the client does not want to visit a replaced event, only the face value of the ticket is refundable if it does not conflict with item 2 of these terms. The service and delivery charges are not refundable. .
7. If tickets for cancelled, postponed or replaced performances were purchased with a discount, the price of the ticket will be refunded taking into account the discount.
