A concert in Moscow during the "Symphonicity"  world tour

The legend of the world's music, Sting will perform his best hits under the accompaniment of the Royal Phillharmonical Orchestra (conductor Steven Mercurio).

It is not that easy to find someone who doesn't know this name. Sting has been long recognized both as a singer, a composer and a musician. The uncounted number of his songs has become  immensely popular all over the world. The total sums from sold copies of his albums reach almost 100 million dollars.
Apart from that, Sting has been pronounced a laureatte of "Grammy" award 16 times. It was for him to create such  hauntingly beautiful melancholic compositions as "Englishman in New York" and "Fragile", sophisticated "Mad about you" and "Fields of Gold" and many other songs that have firmly secured their places in the hearts of the audience. "Desert Rose", a hit from the 90-s, deserves special attention. It has been recorded in a duet with a king of rai music style (contemporary Arabian music) Cheb Mami.
The artist, known for his many-sidedness, has recently been preoccupied with the cooperative work with London Symphonic Orchestra. This is the very orchestra which has previously worked with Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli, Kiri te Kanawa and Tina Turner. As Sting himself admits, he is extremely happy to have the chance to go on tour with the Royal Philharmonical Concert Orchestra as it allows him to use a completely different musical palitra. This way both he and his listeners will be able to see the songs which has been so demanded for at his concerts for the last 30 years in a completely different light. Especially for this program, the music was orchestrated by the most famous musicians. Among them are Michel Legrand, Nicola Tescari, George Kalandrelli and others.
The "Deutsche Grammophon" recording company has scheduled also a release of the "Symphonicities" album to support the long awaited-for tour of the singer. The album will help you to prolong all those powerful emotions you experience at the Sting's live concert. Just don't think that it will be a typical symphonic concert. Together with Sting on the stage that evening will be performingh his musicians: Joe Lawry (vocal), Ira Coleman (bass), Sting's permanent guitarist Dominic Miller and percussionist David Kossin.
The show is scheduled to take place on the most prestigious venues of the world and every new concert is totally sold-out. The list of venues includes, for examples, "Metropolitan-opera" in New York. In September it will be the turn for Russian audience to applaud the famous singer. The concert hall, where the concert will be held,  "Crocus City Hall",  is a special feature of the Moscow concert.
