"The Ten Tenors" is a well-known ensemble which is working in the cross-over genre, cobining operatic traditions with popular music. In the world’s musical industry they are presented side by side with such singers as Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman and "Il Divo". "The Ten Tenors" are remarkable for the voices of outstanding power – their singing can leave no one, even from the most expert audience, untouched and unimpressed. They give fascinating performances and each of their concerts is always a masterpiece.  The repertoire of the ensemble is extremely wide presenting everything from classics to popular music and from folk music to rock. "The Ten Tenors" have toured throughout the whole world and have been on the stage of the most prestigious concert halls in different countries. Their albums obtain platinum status in a blink of an eye!
The world’s beloved ensemble will be giving a one and only concert in Russia on the 27th of October. The concert will take place in Moscow “Operetta Theatre” and will become a part of th “Great Names” (“Velikie Imena”) concert series. In the "Moscow Gala 2010" produced especially for Moscow, “The Ten Tenors” will be performing "The Best Hits" of the world’s musical repertoire with the accompaniment of symphonic orchestra. This includes favorite arias and songs from operas, operettas, musicals, songs from the repertoire of such bands as  "Abba", "Beatles", "Bee Gees", "Queen", unforgettable arias from Hollywood blockbusters (“Gladiator”), James Bond movies etc. To sum it all up, there are two hours of pure joy waiting for you!
This will be the second concert of the famous ensemble in Moscow. The first one has taken place in June, 2008, in Tschaikovsky concert hall and has had a huge success. There can be no doubt that each of their visits is a memorable event for every music admirer!
